Kylie approaches therapy through a compassionate yet challenging lens. She will hold space without judgment, help you to reframe, and help you find the words to be the author of your own story. Kylie believes you are the expert on yourself and will empower you to discover your authentic self. She values humor and provides a casual approach to ensure her clients comfort. Kylie will use various modalities to customize your experience by providing the best approach for you. Kylie uses a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SF), and Motivational Interviewing (MI.)
Kylie believes that therapy allows us to begin to recognize and untangle the web that holds us back. Allowing yourself to grow to your fullest potential and learning to answer the phone that rings in your heart.

Kylie earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Behavioral Health Social Work from the University of Maryland. Her experience includes working with children and adults with varying socioeconomic and sociocultural backgrounds. Additionally, she works with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, ENM, Kink-friendly, and gender-affirming. She is skilled in helping individuals find their strength and motivation for change. Kylie is committed to guiding her clients to find and listen to their inner truth.
Kylie offers individual counseling virtually and in-person at our Towson, MD location. Kylie receives Board Approved Clinical Supervision from Heather Garner, LCSW-C.
