Autumn uses her warmth and genuineness to create a safe and empathy-driven environment where clients can laugh, cry, and explore the most difficult challenges that have brought them to where they are today. Autumn favors methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance/Commitment Therapy to help people interrupt destructive behavioral cycles, integrate the different parts of themselves, and live a life that reflects their values despite difficult emotions. Autumn has a passion for working with couples to help them define their relationship based on their authentic selves, overcome hardships like infidelity and mismatched desires, and learn to see each other as complex individuals deserving of validation and empathy. She is supervised by Heather Garner, an AASECT-certified sex therapist with over 17 years experience working with couples.

You might enjoy working with Autumn if you are:

  • Experiencing a hardship in your relationship, such as discovering infidelity, introducing ethical non-monogamy, or exploring sexual/gender identity

  • Adjusting to a new phase of life, such as changing careers, having a baby, or sending older children into the world

  • Suffering from anxious thoughts that disrupt your daily life

  • Learning to identify and vocalize your needs in relationships with others

Autumn is in her final semester of earning her Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore. She has three semesters of experience in working with couples and individuals. She has successfully helped couples increase intimacy and support for each other and has helped several individuals navigate the challenges of the perinatal period, including postpartum anxiety.

Autumn offers couples and individual counseling both virtually and in-person at the Towson, MD location.
