Autumn Boyle, LGPC
Individual & Relationship Therapist
Towson, MD & Telehealth
Supervised by Heather Garner, LCSW-C and Kristen Flank, PhD, LCPC
Autumn uses her warmth and genuineness to create a safe and empathy-driven environment where clients can laugh, cry, and explore the most difficult challenges that have brought them to therapy. She favors methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people interrupt destructive behavioral cycles, integrate different parts of themselves, and live a life that reflects their values—even in the presence of difficult emotions.
Relationship Therapy with Autumn
Autumn is especially passionate about working with couples and relationship partners to help them define connection on their own terms. She provides support for navigating infidelity, desire differences, and the complexities of ethical non-monogamy, guiding couples in building trust, empathy, and emotional safety.
She completed a two-year clinical internship in relationship therapy under the supervision of Heather Garner, LCSW-C, and currently receives supervision from Dr. Kristen Flank, PhD, LCPC, a certified sex therapist.
Autumn’s Approach
