Autumn Boyle, LCPC
Individual & Relationship Therapist
Towson, MD & Telehealth
Autumn uses her warmth and genuineness to create a safe, empathy-driven environment where clients can laugh, cry, and explore the difficult challenges that have brought them to therapy. Using a sex-therapy informed approach, she favors methods from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic practices to help people interrupt destructive behavioral cycles, integrate different parts of themselves, and live a life that reflects their values.
Relationship Therapy with Autumn: Autumn is especially passionate about working with couples and relationship partners to help them define connection on their own terms. She draws heavily from the Gottman Method, Imago, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Attachment Theory to guide partners through gridlock. She provides support for navigating infidelity, desire differences, and the complexities of ethical non-monogamy, helping partners rebuild trust, manage anxieties, and simultaneously take accountability while offering understanding and grace.
Autumn’s Approach: Autumn’s therapeutic style is genuine, direct, and compassionate, with just the right dash of humor and lightheartedness to sustain the burden of hard work in therapy. She is both supportive and directive—offering space for honest exploration while gently guiding clients toward clarity, intention, and meaningful change. Autumn strives to help clients feel deeply seen, understood, and empowered to make life and relationship choices that reflect their true selves.
You might benefit from therapy with Autumn if you are:
Experiencing relationship stress, such as infidelity, introducing ethical non-monogamy, or navigating mismatched sexual or romantic orientations.
A member of the LGBTQ+ and/or kink community, seeking a therapist who affirms your identity and helps you integrate parts of yourself that have felt hidden or rejected.
Navigating the complexities of codependency, anxiety, or transitions related to pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Education & Credentials: Autumn earned her Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore. She completed her clinical training at Garnering Change Psychotherapy, focusing on the art and skills of relationship therapy. Autumn provides individual and couples counselling both in-person at our Towson, MD office and via secure telehealth across Maryland.
