Welcome! My name is Emily! My approach to therapy is person-centered, introspective, trauma-informed, and holistic at its core. My goal as a practitioner is to provide support and guidance as you embark on your healing journey. I strive to create a grounded, empathetic, nonjudgmental space where you can start to better know yourself, explore what healing means for you, and have room to grow. I am passionate about integrating your identity, values, and culture as we collaborate to help you live a life most true and fulfilling to you.
You may enjoy working with Emily if you are:

- in search of a provider that accepts your spirituality or religion as a part of your healing journey.
- navigating your experience with grief.
- looking for support with your journey of parenthood.
